By late Fall the foundation is in place.
A hard winter slows progress, but the framework is up
Early spring shows snow STILL on the ground, but the framework for the roof is up.
The roof is ready to protect the structure from the spring rains.
Rapid progress sees the arrival of walls. . .
and interior framing.
The bricks arrive and,
go up on the walls.
The interior walls go up.
By the end of June, the brick walls are finished and,
the fireplace is in, ready for next winter (or maybe rainy days).
